We are also specialized in building Swimming Pools, water bodies, Spas, Jacuzzi, steam, sauna and fountains. We are actively providing our services in south India.
Our approach to pool design is almost entirely "Customer Inspired". We work with our clients closely to understand what they have in mind and what they are looking for. The "evolution" process of course is guided by aesthetics, safety, environment and other practical considerations.
Our Team & Key Personnel
Mr.Anand Kumar & Mr.Lokesh S - HEAD OF PROJECTS are Civil Engineers having over 15 years experience in Construction with 8 years of experience in Planning and execution of projects like swimming pool , water bodies, etc are the partners along with Mr.Manjunath Shenoy – Head of Business Development & Administration is an M.B.A Graduate having an experience of 24 years in the field of marketing, customer relation and after sales services are all Directors of the company.
Each project that we work on - irrespective of size, gets the benefit of our in-house resource pool of architects, structural engineers and electro-mechanical engineers. This is supported by trained teams of field personnel who execute the building of your pool.
The Lagoon Pools Assurance
The give our pools a multi-level warranties that we offer in three key areas.
- 20 years warranty on the pool structure shell
- 5 years on the FRP Filter shell
- 1 year on Electro-mechanical items
All design and construction work undertaken by us is based on the standards and Specification defined by internationally recognized standards & specification. These have a clear bearing on quality, safety and performance standards.
The Technology
At Lagoon pools, we use construction technology which is called M-Crete - a process based on the shotcrete system (also called guniting or spraying concrete at high pressure) that gives you a highly integral, one-piece shell, with smooth, rounded corners.
In other words, you get a highly compacted "monolithic" shell that's 100% waterproof. This is a technology platform that has been perfected by us.
